on 16-07-2006 which was forwarded by your Under Secretary Sh. Ashish
Kalia vide No.P1/C-97710 dated 21.07.2006 to Secretary Home
Affairs .Further Ministry of Home Affairs forwarded by Section Officer
(VS) Sh. Dibakar Mishra to Chief Secretary Govt. of Punjab vide No.VI.
23014/5/06-VS dated 22.08.2006 for Security arrangements for me and a
copy letter dated 21.07.2006 along with enclosures received from your
Secretariat for appropriate actions. Further Home Affairs & Justice
Deptt. Punjab Govt. forwarded to DGP Punjab for appropriate actions
vide memo No.2/121/06-4514/3715 dated 11.10.2006.Onwards Addl DGP
Security Punjab forwarded the same to SSP Ludhiana vide memo No.20730/
ddsb-5 dated 20-10-06 for n/a upon my representation which was marked
to DSP Sarabha Nagar for n/a & report vide No.3909/SB dated 26.10.06.
Above mentioned copies of Govt. letters of central & state
officers are received on 4th June, 2007 through RTI Act 2005 . I was
Offered security in months of January & March 2007 and applied for on
16th May , 2007 to get information's under which security was being
provided to me then. Moreover is stated that since then DSP not
called me for statement to register my case hushing up to conceal
identity of high profiled accused who compelled my precious son Ashish
Hansi B.COM L.L.B who was to appear I.A.S exam-2003 on 18.05.2003 then
through 9417099995 was compelled to kill himself and he committed
suicide on 20.02.2003.
It is prayed that high profiled is involved in my case due to
which no appropriate action is taken till date as such is required to
probe through CBI to crack reality about the circumstances under which
my precious son committed suicide and justice be solicited ordering
CBI probe as early as possible so that related electronic documents
may not be disposed off by BSNL.
