Beginner problems

Hi,

i'm a newbie in Hugin and i wanted to test it with some pics. i d like to create a spherical panorama (equirectangular).

I shot 78pics with my nikon z6 and 14-24 f2.8mm without tripod trying to rotate as best as i can.

and i tried different way to merge pics:

1) SIMPLE INTERFACE: it worked but not good, see pic attachment
2)i tried Advanced and Expert interface but with worst results

QUESTIONS:

a)i attach my picture made in "point 1" high resolution: do you see the landscape problems?
b)can i send you my source pictures, can somebody try to help me?
