Al Quran Sura An Nisaa 4/25 وَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلًا أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُم بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنكُمْ وَأَن تَصْبِرُوا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ And anybody having not the capacity/power for Nikkah with a Momina woman /free believing women is better for him/them to marry with the Momina servant women ( whom you have already tested their faith during their service 60/10) In reality Allah knows your faith(أَيْمَانُ) very well(including The new Muslim men and women) you are from each other( You men/women are equal as far as faith/أَيْمَانُ is concerned. Eemanأَيْمَانُ is only consideration of distinction). Then you marry the new Muslim women who came from the Kaafer society with the permission of their parents/custodians. Not hidden Love marriage). Pay their MAHER at the time of Nikkah as per society rule( The condition would be those women are to remain forever) not for the timely lust and those women should not be having their hidden friends. Discussion:- Arabic word Saُسَ Faفِ Haحَ means intercourse just for the satisfaction of the lust. The Quran regrets all the possibilities of illegitimate relations of men and women and permits only way of Mohsineena. Means safeguarding the chastity considering to be in a castle. In a reverse of Muhsineena is MUSAAFIHEEN:- It is zinna just for the sake of the lust to avoid the responsibilities of Nikkah. Quran adds the words ACHDAAN أَخْدَانٍ means call girls. Old Arabs used to call the girls for their lust. Quran has also stopped that even. As per Quran every condition which is opposing Nikkah is not allowed. Whether society takes/count it as acceptable or not.
