1. Unity shelter- Cassandra: 175 people on waiting list for units
a. Micro shelters- family micro shelters built on site at 2 churches (total of 7), possibly inhabited in Jan '22
b. Men's shelter
c. Safe place
d. Safe camp
2. St Olga's/ Orca respite care - Alice: met with Andrea Mare Housing First, End of life care for people experiencing houselessness, coordinating care for respite; St Olga's partnering with HF and raising money to hire a coordinator; training for relating to people experiencing houselessness. Might have location to hookup RV for a couple people. Lumina- respite care org
3. Sustainable housing- Wendy
a. Annette- Home retrofit clinics- 39 completed so far, many people have made improvements based on the clinics- solar, ductless heatpump etc
b. Seeds for the Sol: https://www.seedsforthesol.org/; promoting offer from the group to help with solar and other energy saving appliances- ductless heatpump, heatpump water heaters etc
4. Shared housing- Dawn (Unitarian housing committee) What kind of HUD housing is available in area? HOME Inc for Hud
LoWV- Lynn Jarvis
Daniel Sidder- Habitat for humanity: family moved into first home in Philomath; also doing home improvement projects for energy upgrades etc.

Warming shelters- no locations yet, shelters are full- Corvallis City and Benton county need to lead on these issues: Carolyn will contact new county coordinator Julie Areno; need a program manager
5. HOPE- Jan N.: 13 recommendations, cannot implement them, one is 24 hr shelter which is being worked on among others; working on legislation to remove rules/issues for setting up shelter locations like zoning issues; ARP 500K for this houseless issues- Send letters to City council and Budget commission to make recommendations and raise concerns. City can't easily staff, but potentially has locations that could be used for warming centers. This should be treated like an emergency (like an earth quake) for the winter now! Next city council meeting is Nov 15. The next HOPE meeting is Nov 17, 4:00 PM

1. Unity shelter- Cassandra
a. Micro shelters- Corvallis Sustainability Coalition may still have funds earmarked for micro shelters, new heatpump ductless units for heating and cooling 700, 400Kw
b. Men's shelter
c. Safe place- 2 new churches with 5 units
a. Not public yet
d. Safe camp 14units- creating sign thanking donors of 3K or more (units cost about 5K in material and 10K in labor), College Hill working toward building next year, Tualatin wants to participate,
e. 3rd ST Commons- might host 3-4 micro shelters in future
2. St Olga's/ Orca respite care - Alice- respite care facility is needed. Funds for Studio and 1 bedroom apts- need land and contracts for site- long process. Found lawyer for 501c3 Christensen lawyers- Whitney Christensen
