I have never been to this curriculum fair, but when I first started home schooling, I found curriculum fairs very helpful. I would browse and purchase inexpensive curriculum to try out with my children.

Over the years, we settled into our curriculum and I have relied on the feedback from other home schoolers. We now use Singapore and A Beka for math, Explode the Code (only my youngest is currently using it), McGraw Hill for science(though we also used Real Science 4 Kids Biology this year), Minimus (with the Latin co-op), SpellingTime online, Rosetta Stone for Spanish and Chinese (in conjunction with teachers at the co-op), Easy Grammar, and The Story of the World for history.

Home Educators Association of Rutherford Tennessee (HEART) will be holding its annual Used Curriculum Sale on April 24, 2010. The sale will be at Belle Aire Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. The sale will be open to the public from 9:00 AM until noon. Set up and tear down will be the hour before and after.
