It was nice to meet some of you today and to put faces with names. I
am really bad with that, so if we meet again in a few months and I do
not remember your name, please forgive me. It sounds as though there
is a little interest in the type of classes I hope to put together. I
guess it isn't a true co-op, as I am looking to hire or subcontract
individual teachers for classes in their area of expertise one hour
each week- to be scheduled back-to-back.

Here is what I need help with: locating a reputable and inexpensive
Spanish teacher, locating a writing instructor, and finding a location
the would allow us use of 2 or more class rooms for 2-4 hours each
week. I would love a facility that would donate the space. If it
isn't too costly, perhaps we could incorporate the room use fees into
the class cost. I would like to keep it as inexpensive as possible so
that folks are not prohibited from participating due to cost, but at
the same time, recognize that it must be worth the time investment of
the instructors.

I looked into the Rennaisance in Dickson just a moment ago. While
they look to have some wonderful art, dance, and drama classes, there
are no language, computer, or writing offerings.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much,
Mandi

Hey Mandi,
I teach Spanish with 2 partners.  We have a great program, work with homeschool families of all ages and walks, and love doing it.  We'd love to work with your group next year.  Best of luck setting things up.
