Is there a poster out there like the one we see for peppers that shows coffee beans from around the world?

I haven't seen one, Ginny, but I'll keep an eye peeled . . . What roast did you like best for the mogiana?

This should be a fun group - I've never seen a poster like that - but i'll put one together in the next month or two.

I've also seen this kind of poster for soy beans. It's presented in a matrix and gives specifics about the bean. Have you seen it?

I tried roasts from a light city to espresso and like the espresso best. I know you're partial to the French Roast but I like the flavor of the darker roast for this bean. I used the Frest Roast Plus for these roasting tests.
