Sunny Last weekend at an ASCA Ranch trial. We had a blast. It is the
most fun. She already has her title so we did this one for fun and the
experience. Her ears still flip back. She did that when she was
running fast in the 15 acre field beside this pen to gather them.
We got one leg of Open Sheep on Sunday. And her Started Duck title.
My first time on duck was at sheep camp 2 weeks ago. They are so much
fun.

And congratulations to Skor for getting his CGC. Not sure Sunny would
be able to get that. She has come a long way with letting strangers
pet her but still not very comfortable with most people.

Raenell,

Skor is only weary of some strangers....He seems to like all dog people, but is cautious when strangers come to the house.  I wish I had access to sheep, I would love to do herding with him.  He has played around a little and is very good...

I can tell you from Sunny that pups from our litter have great
potential to be nice herding dogs. R

I wish we would have known you were at this ASCA trial - we were very close by last weekend at the AKC agility trial at Key Center.  It would have been fun to watch you and Sunny and Cody work.  And maybe we could have learned something about herding by watching you guys too.  It seems like such a mystery to me what the handlers and dogs are to do.  How and/or where would you suggest we go to try to learn and try herding?
