ATCH Ben

Hi All,

Last weekend at the ASCA trial in Yamhill, Ben finished his ATCH!  It was lots of fun- they gave us the customary ribbon and pole.  Ben insisted on carrying the pole out of the arena himself.  He earned it and wanted to do the honors.

The 08 littter was well represented... I heard lots of positive comments about the family from Aquaroo.  We'll all have to get qualified for the nationals in 2012 and go to Bakersfield in force.

On another note... Lucy, my 9 year old has recovered from her cataract surgery in both eyes and successfully competed in a gamble run each day.  She was so excited it was hard to keep her with me, but she was able to do all the obstacles and the gambles each day.  If anyone is contemplating cataract surgery, I'd be happy to share my experiences with them.

And wonderful news about Lucy's recovery and reentry into agility!

You all have so much to celebrate!  

I hope you're still planning to come to the ASCA agility at Argus later in September.  I look forward to seeing you and visiting in between runs.
