Dear Scout Leader:
You or someone in your unit may need training or want to take some additional training.
HRD wants to make training available to you.
Here are some Training Events that you will want to mark on your calendar.
1. Citizenship in the Community MB will be offered Saturday, March 23 at Walnut Street Church of Christ in Dickson. No Registration is required. Bring your own lunch or Bring $5 for pizza and drink.
Time will be 10am to 2pm.
2. OLS Training will be offered at Boxwell on April 12 & 13. (Flyer attached with all details.)
3. Boy Scout Leader Specific Training (Scoutmasters and Assistant SM are required to have this training.) will be offered at the HRD Boy Scout Spring Camporee from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Plan to eat lunch with your own Troop. That date is April 13, 2013.
4. May 18th will be Den Chief Training. Time will be 9am to 2pm. Place will be announced later.
5. Mark August 3rd on your Calendar if you are currently on the HRD Training team or would like to join our wonderful group on the Training Team. We will offer Trainers Edge and have a Training Team meeting.
6. Last in this announcement, but certainly not least, is HRD Training Day on September 21, 2013. This is going to be the best training day we have ever had. Stay tuned for more details.
