The schedule of events is as follows:
4/27
Check-in and setup 4:00-9:00pm
Open fishing (on opposite side of lake from setup) 4:00-9:00pm
Cracker Barrel (light snacks, Cubmaster +1 adult present) 9:30pm
Lights Out/Quiet Time 11:00pm
4/28
Breakfast, open fishing, free time Daylight-7:45am
Flag Ceremony (all scouts in uniform) 8:00am
Registration for District Pinewood Derby 8:30-9:30am
Pinewood Derby Race 9:30-10:30am
Treasure Hunt 10:30-11:30am
Lunch, open fishing, free time 11:30-1:00pm
Decorate boxes for box car race 1:00-1:30pm
Box car race 1:30-2:30pm
Open fishing, free time, dinner 2:30-7:15pm
Retire colors 5:30pm
Scouts line up at site for OA escort to campfire 7:30pm
Campfire, Arrow of Light, Crossover, skits 7:30pm
Lights Out/Quiet Time 11:00pm
4/29
Cleanup, open fishing, breakfast Daylight-8:15am
Scouts own service (all packs) 8:30am
Checkout deadline 12:00pm
Please plan to bring $3 per cub car and $5 per guest car for the pinewood derby, boxes large enough to fit around a cub’s body for box car race (if possible…we should have extras), and old socks (tire change relay for race).
Boy Scouts are allowed and welcomed to attend free of charge ($2 for extra patches and $5 per pinewood derby car to race)! Families and siblings also attend free of charge.

For the Webelos in your unit that will be crossing over this Sat., no extra items will be needed other than a Field Uniform (Class A) for the ceremony.
Packs or parents can bring a gift (plaque, arrow, etc.) to present if they wish, but this is not required.

Just a few last minute reminders…
Please bring boxes large enough to fit around Cub Scout-sized bodies for the race. Please bring old adult sized socks and markers to decorate the box cars if possible.
Here is a link to directions to Beaverdam Campground. I will have signs out directing you in.
