To ensure that everyone is kept abreast on the road developments in our area, we resend this mail with some additional information regarding the Erica Drive Belhar Drive road construction

Below find a notification received by Highbury Foundation, a registered interested and affected party in the construction of the Erica - Belhar drive Extention over the R300
The link to the Assessment Report is highlighted in red

The project description can be found in the executive summary of the revised basic assessment Report available here on page 4
Of particular interest is the road layout over the R300 which makes provision for the on /off ramps to the south which can be found here
It is very important that you comment on this inclusion as this feature is not included in the foreseeable future. Refer to the construction phase on page 21 of the revised BAR The closing date for comments is 11 July 2019. Please do copy highbury.foundation.kr@gmail.com so that we can gauge the interest shown in the requirement of this feature.
The more people who comment on the inclusion of this feature will reinforce and motivate the need to have this feature included at the onset.

Hi Resident
We thought you might be interested in knowing how many people responded to the invitation to influence the outcome of the revised basic assessment which features additional features to the proposed road. Include were off and on ramps to and from the south of the R300 depicted here This feature is not included in the foreseeable future. The community had the opportunity to insist that this feature is included in either phase 1 or 2 of the road construction. Unfortunately, this was the last opportunity available where comments were entertained.
No comments were received from the community.
We would like to stress that we only have ourselves to blame for the manner in which our area is developed.
