We plan to make our KNIME nodes compatible, develop the new nodes

Thats great! Will HCDC be moved to HiTS SVN, and be distributed
through GoogleCodes?

Well, I guess not. At least not yet. (Though I am willing to give
access them to the HiTS SVN tree, so some parts will be developed
together.) Short term this project focuses on release 0.3.0 (which
will support cellHTS2 2.8.x, and also allows to use custom summarise,
normalisation functions).
The releases after 0.3.0 will focus on interoperability with HCDC, and
will introduce new features.

Gabor,
I talked with Karol a while back and asked him if they could create an
eclipse update site to distribute there nodes. Perhaps this is
something you can help them with?

Sure, I miss that functionality too, and I am willing to help them setting up this functionality.
