Hi,

I am going to release a new version of the nodes soon. Before that I
would like to ask you what would you like to see in the near future in
HiTS. You can tell your opinion by answering to this email (either to
the list, or just to the sender if you prefer), or by visiting this
page: http://moderator.appspot.com/#15/e=aa70a&t=a78f8 (here you can
suggest new paths, or vote/comment on previously suggested ones, if
something not clear just ask).
Thanks, gabor

PS.: Already done improvements since last release:
- the error messages from R are now reported, hopefully there will be
no crashes of Rserve
- mixed column name error fixed
- variance adjustment now works again
- configuration outport is no filled with the data from descriptions
port
- more flexible views (384 well plate support, less assumptions on
input structure)
- better colour legend saving
- now possible to skip HTML report generation in cellHTS2
- improved pattern handling at cellHTS2 output folder selection
- new nodes:
- BioConverter - allows to convert between cellHTS2 input/output,
HC/DC, custom formats (early adopter's feedbacks are really welcome)
- Plate Format - converts between 96/384/1536 well plates.

Hi,

Additional note: If you want to try out the interoperability nodes
(like BioConverter) most probably you will fail. I was using JavaRebel
for development and did not realized that without that there is a
VerifyError. Thank you Karol for reporting this problem. I am trying
to solve this as soon as possible. In the meantime you can try to use
it with the trial version of JavaRebel (or wait for the fix). Sorry
about the possible confusion.
Bests, gabor

Hi again,

Looks like the version in Subversion now working without the -noverify
JVM parameter. You can also use this KNIME workflow for testing:
http://hits.googlecode.com/svn/ie.tcd.imm.knime.test/trunk/testdata/workflows/conversions/
