Bug fixed in CellHTS2 node

There is a huge problem with the CellHTS2 (in version 0.3.0) node if
used with the latest cellHTS2 (2.8.x):
When the order of selected parameter columns sorted case
insensitively is not the same as sorted by case sensitively, then the
results (only in the ouports) are with wrong column names.
Workaround: use the same starting case for the parameter names.
Fix in next release (or in the trunk version if you are following the
development).
I am sorry about this problem, hope it did not caused any harm.
