Dear Users,
I am happy to inform you about the latest release of HiTS. It is a
mostly bugfix release, hopefully no new bugs, only improvements. ;)
(Although under the hood there are lot of changes.)
I would recommend this version to use, as the previous Plate Heatmap
and cellHTS2 had rough problems. (Many thanks for the reporters: Dr.
Emily Bennet, Dr. Adriele Prina-Mello.) Good news, that imaging is now
working together with the other parts.
The next version will be after the release of KNIME 2.1, and cellHTS2
(both expected at the end of October 2009), so it might take some time
to adjust HiTS to the changes.
If you see some problems feel free to use the issue tracker (http://
code.google.com/p/hits/issues/list), or extend/vote on the wishlist
(http://moderator.appspot.com/#15/e=aa70a&t=a78f8). If you have any
questions, please ask on this user list.
