Collaboration topics can be assigned to one person to lead, and allow co-editing with others.   The permissions and office tools on "Google Drive" are relatively basic and easy to learn, but do take a little effort.   One should take care to back-up files or edits for record if you want, like by printing PDF's to your home computer.   

- Lets's assume any topic created under this heading is also an invitation to collaborate on developing it....
