Healthcare Revenue Cycle Site Executive, Greater Los Angeles

Job Opportunity:

This is a leading healthcare Revenue Cycle Outsourcing firm providing
services to hospitals and payers.

In this role you will manage all aspects of a Revenue Cycle
outsourcing engagement relationship with a hospital client, managing
all aspects of services in accordance to the written service level
agreements between the company and the client.

Key aspects of this role include:

Preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly Key Performance
Indicators for each aspect
of the revenue cycle processes performed on behalf of the hospital.

Ownership and project management of the Revenue Oversight Committee
agenda, driving changes to processes and procedures to assure fiscal
success of each new or revised clinical process.

Compilation and presentation of process outcomes to management on an
ongoing basis. Identify and create specific action plans on required
improvements and communicate and escalate issues as appropriate.
Clearly define and communicate tasks to timely completion or to
implement clear plans to eliminate delinquency.

Must have proven and substantial experience in healthcare revenue
cycle (including both Patient Financial Services and Patient Access)
You must possess an articulate, strong personality and have proven
experience in managing senior relationships with hospital/healthcare
professional and vendor contracts. Prior experience working in a
similar capacity with consulting firm is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal
skills required. Excellent analytical and presentation skills
required.
