Key Responsibilities
Join our leading healthcare applications firm with a suite of products
integrating healthcare clinical information systems.
* Lead the development of a standard approach to technical
support of ongoing installed base and SaaS product offerings to
maximize success of this technology solution in client hospitals and
hospital networks
* Build and manage the client team required to support all
aspects of taking the solution to market including organization
assessment, implementation planning and execution, and ongoing client
service and support to continually evolve the product solution with
each client site
* Serve as the primary point for all established client
relationships and lead the Client Services team to focus on maximizing
overall client success balanced with optimizing the company's success.
* Work with clients to successfully deploy multiple phases of
the solution over time as well as to develop a strong base of client
references for future clients and prospects
* Lead efforts to measure "success" with all client activities
and establish a clear definition of a "Level of Excellence" to ensure
that client satisfaction, adoption and any other key success measures
are
maximized
* Assist with ongoing sales, marketing and business development
activities to drive company's overall success in the market/industry
* Serve as part of the leadership team and play a key role in
evolving the strategy and future direction of the company
Candidate Profile/Experience The successful candidate will have
* 10-15 years of related work experience in healthcare
technology, preferably with a solid base of clinical experience
* Have progressive experience in leading a client support
function with employees in multiple locations, and significant
experience developing and implementing new means for meeting customer
demands, change management skills are critical.
* Played a major role in the successful deployment of technology
solutions within various healthcare organizations Demonstrated a track
record of success and a proven history of meeting the support needs of
a wide range of customers while driving agent performance, monitoring
results and appropriately allocating resources
* Experience in dealing with all levels of a hospitals/clinic
organization
* Experience with a consulting and/or with a clinical technology
provider preferred
* Demonstrated competency in creating and executing on plans for
client support
* A successful track record in leveraging technical and human
capital capabilities to create competitive advantages and the ability
to articulate a vision and value proposition towards internal and
external customers.
* A deep understanding of metrics/dashboards that drive an
environment and culture of continuous improvement
* Experience in leveraging third-party partners and alliances
creatively to scale up and scale back as necessary
* Possess strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration,
critical thinking and presentation skills
* Possess complex project management skills and the ability to
effectively manage a flexible workforce as the headcount needs
fluctuate greatly with seasonal changes
* Demonstrate a track record of success in achieving high-impact
business results in an ambiguous work environment
* Be a self-starter that can quickly and independently assess
business requirements and become a trusted and integral part of the
executive team
* An interest in people on both a personal and professional
level, and strong leadership skills with an open but serious style,
the ability to lead and support (not command and control) and a
personality that is genuine, down-to-earth and sincere
* A willingness to go the extra mile for the customer with a
passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on
the business. Ethics must be beyond reproach.
