Ideal Candidate: Attitude and Aptitude

In this role, you will be predominantly be involved in developing, deploying, configuring, integrating and supporting clients for the healthcare solution suite. You will work closely within your group as well as with related departments to implement to the provided specification. The ability to either work independently or collaboratively within a team structure to provide quality and timely deliverables will be critical to the success of this role.

Overview and Requirements

As a Healthcare Application Programmer you will be predominantly be involved in developing, deploying, configuring, integrating and supporting clients for the healthcare solution suite. You will work closely within your group as well as with related departments to implement to the provided specification. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure to provide quality and timely deliverables will be critical to the success of this role.

Qualified persons must have 3 or more years technical experience in the following areas:

Microsoft Programming Stack including C# and .Net, SQL Server, SSRS
Ability to code, write SQL scripts, create reports, configure applications and develop interfaces
Deploying and configuring enterprise software products to meet business needs
Administrative experience with SharePoint is desired

Soft Skills and Healthcare Industry Expertise

Healthcare IT experience is highly desired, particularly as it relates to either claims or clinical EMR applications
Be able to work in a fast-paced organization (start-up experience is helpful)
Excellent communications skills- speaking, writing and listening
Positive attitude, helpful and can thrive in either team or individual formats
