Self Defense Courses at HAC

Coming sometime in September - we will be have a "basic" self defense
course series.
Please chat up with people you might know to join in taking this
series. The cost will be quite reasonable and will have at least 2-3
female instructors besides myself.

Hi,

I would be very interested in self defense classes. Please keep me updated as to when they will be.  Also, I was wondering if I could somehow get back on line with the school, if not I understand, I haven't been on line for a very long time, but I do have some questions I would like to post.  Please let me know.
