I'm trying to incorporate new NEHRP Soils data in the Earthquake
Module. I could successfully accomplish this in MR1; however, I am
having nothing but difficulty in MR2.

I follow standard procedure. The Soils layer is in a geodatabase. I
add it, make it current in the scenario. When I run the scenario the
soils portion 'blows up'. The results are indicative of having no soil
profile, in fact everything is zero (PGA is all zero's).

The eqrSoils layer (spelling) in the RegionBndry.mdb has been removed
by HAZUS-MH. I know it is there when I create a study region as I ran
a scenario with the default soils. It is obviously blowing up when
trying to merg & clip the default with the new.

If I try to go back to using the default soils map, my results continue
to be all zero's. It doesn't re-create the default eqrSoils feature
class (didn't think it would, but worth a try).

The new meets the HAZUS standards, correct field name, in a
geodatabase, in Geographic NAD83...

Anybody else seen this happen?
