Joint Hurricane Wind and Flood Model

During the advanced Hurricane Wind class there was one (very brief)
presentation on the HAZUS methodology for a joint hurricane wind and
flood loss estimate. However, we didn't do an exercise on the subject
and as such I have not yet figured out how to do it.

I would appreciate any ideas on the subject (steps, instructions,
insights, tutorials... any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
