This patch corrects several issues not corrected in the original
release of MR2 or Patch 1.

"The HAZUS-MH MR2 Patch 2 resolves an extensive list of Flood Model
bugs that have been identified by HAZUS users and the model
developers. The improvements affect inventory, hazard
characterization, hydrology and hydraulics, coastal analysis, the
analysis used for generating results, results documentation, thematic
mapping and the Flood Information Tool (FIT). Please follow
instructions detailed in the readme.txt file."
