Integrating user defined facilities in Hazus

I need to update the essential facilities in Hazus for level 2
analysis. We imported our complete facilities list and deleted the
Hazus provided points by editing the shapefile but the model results
only include the old list of facilities. The facilities do show up
when I use the map tool, but not in the inventory of essential
facilities. What is the best way to integrate the facilities into
Hazus?

I know of CDMS which has been designed for this purpose but I am under
the impression that it has not been released yet. Does anyone know if
CDMS is now available in beta version perhaps?
