TerraServer toolbar for ArcGIS 9.2 thus HAZUS-MH MR-3
An excellent "must have" visualization tool that in a click of a
button downloads the current extent's DRGs or DOQQs.
I use it to validate location of HAZUS Flood's synthetic stream
network (and how the DEM resolution affects it), floodplain boundary,
but also essential (or any point-data) facilities, lifelines, etc.
WARNING: zoom in to the extent you need to inspect! Otherwise (default
HAZUS-MH Flood extent) you'd be downloading the whole study region's
DRG or DOQQ from the TerraServer!
