This is the official patch. You will want to make sure you run this
patch if you are running HAZUS-MH MR2. The following dialog from the
website points out the importance of the patch.

"For the Flood Model, Patch 1 will improve the reliability of the
hydrology and hydraulics functions in the riverine analysis by
reducing the number of "problem reaches", correcting errors in
discharge determinations, and resolving some cases of hanging within
the underlying ArcGIS software. For the Earthquake Model, Patch 1
provides for the consistent importing of study regions from MR1 into
MR2, and facilitates the creation of new building types based on
existing masonry building types.

In addition, Patch 1 ensures that the Site Specific import dialog will
transition correctly to the screen for selecting the Source Data Set
for the flood, earthquake, and hurricane hazards and enables Site
Specific inventory deletion for study regions imported from MR1 and
MR2."
