problem with installation of HAZUS

Hello, all

I just started to use Hazus. I noticed that I need GIS and service
pack 5. I have ArcGIS 9, does anybody know where I can get Service
pack 5?

You will need ArcGIS version 9.2, service pack 5.

I got EqErrorLog.txt file when I run Hazus. See details below,

Unable to open the table sytract From D:\syboundary.mdb
Code = 80040228
Code Meaning: IDispatch error #40

Description:

Can you or anybody tell how I can solve this.
