Hello Community,

I have trouble with updating haxelib.

When I type in commandline   haxelib version   it shows 3.3.0

When I update via   haxelib update haxelib  it tells me, that the version 3.3.0 is the current one.

Then I load down the installer for 3.4.2

I de-install the old version and I delete the old folder   C:/HaxeToolkit

I make sure, that it is de-installed via commandline  haxelib version  --> Haxelib is unknown.

When I install the version 3.4.2 with the installer it seems to work fine.

But when I enter  haxelib version  again, it shows: 3.3.0

I assume it is a regestry problem?

I have even rebooted the system between every step, to make sure, that haxelib is not running anywhere in the background.

Can anybody help?

Kind regards
Michael

The current haxelib client shows version 3.3.0, even if compiled from git:
https://github.com/HaxeFoundation/haxelib/blob/development/src/haxelib/client/Main.hx#L137
