Compile SWF without bootloader

I tested Haxe a few months ago and it always compiles an SWF with some bootloader thing. Can this be disabled since AS3 does not require bootloader? This would be a great feature for Haxe and you could compile SWF as small as Flex compiler. Is it hard to develop this if its not already existing?
