transparent window openFL

i cant seem to find how to make the default window background transparent in openfl (windows/linux output). Ive turned off system chrome by making window borderless in the xml file, but if there is a way to change transparency it eludes me. I am also wondering whether there is a way to hide taskbar icons.

Looks like you need to dig in SDL code, If you will be able to do this for just SDL, then you can integrate this into NME/OpenFL.
