Haxe Meetup in London 27 August

This is confirmation of the Haxe meetup to be held at Massive's offices in London on Wednesday the 27 of August.

In terms of structure, we are thinking perhaps one longer talk on Haxe JS (we have a lot of experience on the client side, but not so much on the nodejs front) and a series of shorter 10-15 minutes fire talks where people can show something they've been working on. This means less pressure on speakers in terms of preparing something long form.

Of course we're open to other suggestions!

JLM: we'll see how the first one goes before organising the next :) If it's on the weekend it's unlikely that Massive would be able to host, but I'm sure we could arrange something else.

Thanks for organizing the meetup

I noticed that the event on eventbrite has been set to be on September 27th, I assumed it was wrong (it will be on August 27th) and added myself.

For a first meetup we didn't plan proper talks, but there will be a summary of the report.

Setting up a camera could be complicated and time consuming so that's something to discuss.

Some information about the meetup tonight, starting at roughly 6pm (incase you didn't sign up on EventBrite, which you should have)

We are a short walk from Monument station: http://goo.gl/xk2vuP

You will need to sign in at the front desk in the foyer – tell them you're here to see Massive and provide my name (David Peek) if needed. They'll direct you to the lifts.

We'll provide food and refreshments and there's a pub across the road if anyone wants to kick on afterwards.
