Haxe code completion freeze/lockup with MonoDevelop+Sublime+Others (Fix included)

I dug down into this issue today because it was preventing me from working.

Long story short , the 'server' haxe has somehow stopped responding on the port. Kill processes of haxe, make sure to restart the server again, enjoy.
