Aloha Everyone,
We hope everyone had a relaxing and maximizing holiday break. We all know that the break should be a whole week long, but if you were one of the select few unfortunate individuals who had coursework or homework assignment that week. I send special condolences to you. (I too had work last week :(. But as we return to school we want to say WELCOME TO WEEK 10 YAYYYYY. You all have made it this far and just think about this, in 2 weeks time, you’ll get to take a big ol sigh of relief as you get to close Canvas for 3 weeks. NOICE.
Until that day comes we would like to wish everyone GOOD LUCK on your final assignment and Exams. But you know, good luck only takes you so far, what truly makes you stand out is seeing how much of 10 weeks worth of information you can cram in a week. That's why, This week we will be hosting a study session in place of our general Meeting. So...
When: Tomorrow Wednesday December 1st, 5-6 pm
Where: Cross-Cultural Center, Dr. Whites Room. (In front of The Hill/Starbucks)
If you haven't experienced the wonders of a study session, it's where you huddle up with other sleep deprived students, listen to Lo-fi (or other) music, and work on any assignments or genuinely study, feeling comfort in the idea that you are not alone in these stressful weeks. Feel free to drop by and catch up on work, study, or ask questions to others. We love to help each other, and if you have any questions regarding a specific major, you can reach out to any one of us tomorrow.
Paige: Human Biology
Malia and Anna: Exercise Science
Miguel: Economics
Jalen: Math
Rachel: Urban Studies
Patty: Biological Science
We hope to see y'all tomorrow :) Till then, Stay safe and drink water.
