Aloha Nookies! And welcome to Week 5 of Spring Quarter!
Week 5 also means there are only 5 more weeks until summer and that we are halfway through the quarter! Hopefully these next couple weeks fly by, and the best way to make that happen is by having something to look forward to! Like Spring Retreat with your good friends at NOOK! :)))) Anyway, onto the newsletter!
NOOK Point Opportunity:
This week, we have another gold mine of NOOK points in the form of boothing at the ASUCI Multicultural Fair on Ring Road this Thursday! You have the option of earning points by helping with food prep in the morning or boothing the actual fair to help us sell! This week, we are selling spam musubi and POG juice!
PREP: Thursday, April 28th from 9-11am (location will be provided to those who sign up)
BOOTH: Thursday, April 28th from 12-3pm on Ring Road Booth 48
If you are interested in signing up for either opportunity, please fill out this excel sheet to let us know!
Week 5 General Meeting
This week, we are continuing our prep for our first performance in May! We are going to be looking at traditional costumes worn during a kahiko, as we will be performing Rachel’s Kahiko. Be sure to come out and support our amazing Cultural and Luau Chairs this week!
When: April 25, 2022 from 4-5pm
Where: Dr. White’s Room at the CCC
And finally, we only have two more weeks until our retreat!!! We are so excited! Ride groups, logistics, and our agenda for retreat will be released next week, so please be sure to watch out for that information if you are attending the retreat!
That’s all from me today! I hope you all have a wonderful week!
