Harmony HOA/ROA - Critical Vote!

As a Harmony homeowner, you should have received an HROA ballot in the mail
over the past week.

If you did not receive a ballot, please contact Mark Hills ASAP:

Why is this important?

You (yes you personally), you not voting (or not doing so soon) may have
SURPRISINGLY BAD consequences!

Here's the problem:

1) You CAN'T vote in person.

2) You can ONLY vote by postal mail.

3) From the ballot form:

"For the ballot voting to take place, quorum must be
reached. To achieve quorum, at least 266 ballot forms
must be received by regular mail prior to the meeting."

[The meeting is 10/24/2018, a Wednesday - in 23 days.]

4) If Mark Hills only receives 265 votes (in other words,
your vote is missing), the previous Starwood appointed
HROA board will be retained for another year.

This means that once again (like last year, see "HROA Election - Starwood's

Giving", https://tinyurl.com/y7huzo34 ) the will of the people of Harmony
will be subverted.

Even if all 265 people vote 100% against Steve Berube (with no other votes),
he will still stay put for another year!

Just imagine low voter turnout allowing Trump or any other president to stay
in office - FOREVER!
