The initial purpose of this group (HarmonyFL) is to foster an open
discussion of the many issues that currently face us as residents of
the town of Harmony, Florida, USA. It is our hope that the free and
open discussion of these issues and the sincere efforts by all those
with an interest in Harmony will help to expedite the resolution of
these issues. Over time, as the issues are resolved it is our hope that
this forum will serve other community needs as well.

This group is open to everyone. No one will be excluded. The only
exceptions to this policy are spammers, flammers and anyone else who's
intention is to disrupt the communication rather than contribute to it.

This group is not limited to current or future residents. Anyone who
wants to know what is going on in Harmony may participate. For this
reason the membership to this group is completely open. We will use our
better judgement in maintaining this policy. If spam, flame or other
"off-topic" posts get out of hand, this membership policy will be
revisited.

As stated in our group "About" message, a post to this group will be
retained unless it is deemed "off-topic" or of the nature of a personal
attack.

All posts are archived to gmail. Anyone who feels that a post should
not have been removed for any reason is free to request that the
moderator copy the removed post from the gmail archive to the group
"HarmonyFLremoved". Anyone is free to make this request and no request
will be denied. Please bear in mind that the fulfillment of such a
request is a manual process that will not occur instantaneously.

It is the hope of this initial small group of Harmony residents that
you will find this group helpful and informative.

Finally, you may notice that the first 9 messages to this group are
missing. They were messages sent by me (Geo) to test the archive and
the formatting of posts to the group in general. This is message #10.
My purpose was to make long informative posts (like #11) easily
readable by email or a web browser. You may notice also that I have
chosen to use a fixed font rather than a proportional font for display
purposes. This makes columnar data much more readable.

Sincerely,

Harmony Residents

As a point of clarification, I would like to add the following
references:

Harmony Development website:

http://www.harmonyfl.com/

Starwood Capital website:

http://www.starwoodcapital.com/

The individual at Starwood most directly responsible for the Harmony
development project is Bob Geimer, VP. We are hoping that Bob will be
joining us in this forum in the very near future to respond directly to
the issues we present.
