Both Brandon and Steve Berube clicked "Send" within 1 minute of each other.

As you can see, Brandon went all the way with his feedback to Jean.

While Steve Berube did the absolute bare minimum.

To be fair, Jean only asked for a phone number. But if you are working for
or merely helping someone else, aren't you expected go above and beyond the
bare minimum? Isn't that the decent thing to do?

Do you try to anticipate the needs of the person needing your help?

Do you imagine what other questions may arise?

All the information Brandon so graciously provided goes together like common
sense, right?

One person is just your average good neighbor doing the right thing.

The other is the chairman of the Harmony HOA/ROA.

BTW, I met with Mark Hills recently. He's the owner of Association
Solutions.

Association Solutions held a legitimate ROA election meeting Wednesday
evening, yet the end result was sadly illegitimate (IMHO). How can that be?

Mark Hills says last year's Harmony ROA election (the one that made Steve
Berube the HROA chairman) was illegal. It was handled completely wrong. That
said, even if it was handled according to the law, the end result would have
been the same - Starwood's handpicked candidate (Steve Berube) would still
have been installed contrary to the wishes of Harmony residents (see "HROA

"HROA - Gift That Keeps On Giving", https://tinyurl.com/y7huzo34 ).

What makes Steve Berube once again an illegitimate HROA representative this
year is that no election quorum was reached at Wednesday's meeting. This is
what I feared (see "Harmony HOA/ROA - Critical Vote!",
https://tinyurl.com/yblpbe9g ). No quorum means the Harmony HROA election
ballots were not even opened. So of course they weren't counted either. They
will simply be shredded in 7 years, having never even been opened. That's
the law. That what Starwood knew they were doing last year when they
appointed Berube to the Harmony ROA, apparently for life.

Therefore Steve Berube is once again on the Harmony HOA board against the
wishes of Harmony residents.

What would you do?

Would you actually do everything you could to stay in an unelected position
contrary to the majority of voters you are purported to represent?

In a democracy, why would anyone do that?

For the record, CDD supervisor Kerul Kassel (Harmony's self-appointed
"Censor-in-Chief") is now actively blocking these posts from ever appearing
in social media. Try as she might though, anyone who wishes to find the
facts will do so anyway - since they aren't going away.
