Hardhats site issue

If I go here: https://hardhats.org/kernel/html/index.html on the left side is a pane that contains CATEGORY LIST.  And this list contains LOCK MANAGER menu entry.  However, this doesn't seem to link to anything.  Is this expected?

I used to update this documentation manually, and then I updated the Kernel documentation about 4 years ago now from the VA's VDL when they released the HTML documentation. But I just checked, and it's on the VDL anymore, which probably means they don't maintain it anymore.

The code is over here: https://github.com/hardhats/kernel-api-documentation.

My day job has nothing to do directly with VistA, so I have no motivation today to update it anymore. However, if anybody wants, they can go through the Kernel developer manual, find the new APIs, and make pages for them.

Thanks Sam for the work you have done on this in the past.

I don't really need information about LOCK MANAGER.  But it caught my eye because I hadn't heard of it before. 

I'll remain in blissful ignorance.

I installed Lock Manager in production after thoroughly testing it and it is surprisingly good. I was able to train a few non-technical people on how to clear locks themselves so no more 2 AM calls.
