network printer setup in the VistA Device file

Does anyone have the instructions for setting up a device in VistA's Device file for a local printer or network printer? I want to be able to print from a VistA instance in the cloud to a printer attached to my local PC.

There's some nice stuff there too to print to PDFs. I found that
immensely helpful when developing reports.
