Missing/Invalid Order Control error in radiology order creation/ sign the order - Regarding

I created the radiology order from my application and integrated to vista. I passed the below fields value. Order creation is fine. But if I am signing the order, that time, I am getting " Missing/Invalid Order Control  " error.  Shall you please guide me, why this error is happening. 

1. Orderable Item, 
2. Ordering location, 
3. start date, 
4. stop date, 
5. valid modifier,
6. reason for study, 
7. preop schedule date/time
8. pregnant
9. date desired
10. urgency and 
11. submit to

Go to Hardhats.org and in the search area at th lower end of the left side
panel, search the VDL for that exact error. Maybe you will find some help.
