a means to logically partition and manage the key areas of data in a
VistA, see the PIKS analysis report below.
The PIKS framework provides
deterministic classification of all 98% of all VistA data (both Fileman
and globals) to support downstream management of these major categories
of VistA data using the appropriate people and technologies
