I would like more specifics or examples of what is bothering the nurses.

AI Models can be trained on millions of data sets for example radiology images.  Put into production against a team of humans and AI will not only provide the results, but ability to cross reference with other data.  Deep layers of cross referencing and association of even 1 singular event in medicine that ever occurred.  Take that, run an engine to process the data and provide probable outcome.  Also give you the 99.9% accurate reading, feed that to radiologist for randomized checks of accuracy, re-ran through a validator and sent to your online health care record. Click button to book your follow up if deemed needed.

Chatbot and AI are two different things.  Chat bots are prompt driven not pre-trained on data sets but rather reference data sets and not generative.  So they don't have digital plasticity to understand anything but what they were programmed to do.  AI is different and uses human type algorithms of learning, understanding and adjusting.  They are measured, trained and maintained for accuracy.  I'd be protesting a chat bot too....they are not AI.  executives don't understand this yet maybe.....not sure what is going.  probably money.....AI is priceless, write the check, implement it, hire a few experts who treat it as their own child.
