Blees,
Not sure If this will help, but lets see. If I get any of this
wrong, hopefully someone will help out.
To get your current BOX:VOLUME pair you need to log onto your current
NAMSPACE using the CACHE terminal. Usually CACHE starts up in the
“USER” namespace and you have to issue the CD command to change
namespaces. Once in your namespace, you then can issue another
command to display your current BOX:VOLUME pair.
=============================================
Log onto CACHE terminal
Node: inspiron-1100, Instance: CACHEWEB
USER>D ^%CD
Namespace: VISTA-EHR
You're in namespace VISTA-EHR
Default directory is c:\intersystems\cache\mgr\ehr\
VISTA-EHR>
VISTA-EHR>D GETENV^%ZOSV W Y
VISTA-EHR^VISTA^inspiron-1100^VISTA:CACHEWEB
/\----- same as this ----/\
Where UCI^VOLUME^NODE^VOLUME:BOX
<NOTE>: Notice in the above that the 4th piece is actually a
contatination of two values. It is Read literally as the VOLUME:BOX
but when spoken about in text and reading, it is often referred to as
the BOX:VOLUME pair. (Don’t ask, its just the way it is….. )
a. 1st piece is VISTA-EHR and is the namespace created originally when
I was using the CACHE cubes’ SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PORTAL (SMP). It is
also referred to as the “UCI”.
i. SMP > configuration > namespaces
b. 2nd piece is VISTA and is the VOLUME. This value is set by using
the ZTMGRSET command during the install process. NAME OF THIS
CONFIGURATION: VISTA// <this entry here will determine the BOX part
of your BOX:VOLUME pair. In addition it will also be the 2nd part of
the string - VISTA-EHR^VISTA^inspiron-1100^VISTA:CACHEWEB >
d. 3rd piece is "inspiron-1100" and is the computer name that was set-
up when my WINDOWS XP was installed. Start > Settings > Control Panel
> System > Look for the “Computer Name tab”, it will show you your
COMPUTERS NAME. This is also considered the “NODE”.
e. The 4th piece is the VOLUME:BOX and is referred to as the
“BOX:VOLUME” pair when talked about.

Answer with TASKMAN SITE PARAMETERS BOX-VOLUME PAIR:
VISTA:PLATINUM5A3
You may enter a new TASKMAN SITE PARAMETERS, if you wish
Answer must be 3-30 characters in length.
The value for the current account is VISTA:CACHEWEB
BOX-VOLUME PAIR: VISTA:PLATINUM5A3// ?? <enter two ?>
The value for the current account is VISTA:CACHEWEB
Your answer should be the volume set name concatenated with
":"
concatenated with the name of the CPU.
The value for the current process can be found by doing GETENV^
%ZOSV and
checking the fourth ^-piece of Y. This allows the TaskMan
site parameters
to be applied extremely precisely, depending both upon which
volume set
and cpu which is affected.
Select TASKMAN SITE PARAMETERS BOX-VOLUME PAIR: VISTA:PLATINUM5A3
<==NOTE: you have to accept the default entry that came supplied with
your version of the CACHE.DAT file you downloaded. Once you accept
the default entry you will be allowed to type in the BOX:VOLUME pair
that you received from running the above mentioned command "D GETENV^
%ZOSV W Y"
BOX-VOLUME PAIR: VISTA:PLATINUM5A3// VISTA:CACHEWEB <== just as it is
written in the 4th piece of the display.
