Easy solution:

1. Claw back at least the first $1 billion from Cerner, now Oracle/Cerner.

2. Divide the $1 billion by the less than 100 Mumps experts that post here, includind the titular "father of FileMan", George Timson.

3. $1 B has 9 zeroes. 100 has 2. 9-2 = 7. So that is more than $10 million for each of the VERY expert MUMPS people here.

4. Create an improved VISTA which serves the VA and DoD.

5. Use Mumps ability to layer $$function(parameters) to create an API. End this old vs. new linguistic game.

6. Lease a crusise ship, and sail around the world, using Musk's Starlink. Only need 100 luxury cabins.
