Does VA VistA support patient language preference?

In my system, we have a field in the PATIENT file
  256000;1        256000  LANGUAGE PREFERENCE              <-Pntr  [P.85'O]

I only see this used in C0Q* (George Lilly??) code, so I don't think it is standard.

I am doing some contract work for migrating away from a DSS VxVista system, and I will be able to track down the exact location of the data later when I can actually interact with their live system.  But I was trying to get prepared ahead of time.

So is this a standard concept?  If so, where is it stored?

Thanks
Kevin

Update,

In VxVistA, it was being stored in a custom field in DSS namespace in the PATIENT file.

Kevin,
You are amazing.  The "Language Preference" is needed for Meaningful Use,
so clearly all systems that passed Meaningful Use have a field for the information.

You found
The WorldVistA EHR field in the PATIENT file In the (256000 numberspace)
  256000;1        256000  LANGUAGE PREFERENCE              <-Pntr  [P.85'O]

The DSS Field in the Patient File: but I don't know specifics about the field

I suspect there is an RPMS field and a Medsphere field, but I don't know where to look for those.

I searched Vivian and Dox and found that the VA also has a  field in the PATIENT file #2 .
