All pre-defined WorldVistA EHR/VOE 1.0 Clerk ID's have DGZ
REGISTRATION MENU as their Primary Menu Option. We like to have Clerk
ID's be able to schedule as well as register patients into the system.
This terminal log shows how to add the Schedule menu to the DGZ
REGISTRATION MENU so that clerk ID's can schedule patients as well as
register them.
