Thank you to the agencies that have followed the steps to register! If you have not yet registered, please take a few minutes to do so, this will greatly aid in the transition to the new software and prevent a loss of volunteers finding your projects when we unveil the new system in March. Below and attached are the directions regarding how to register your agency.

Hi all-

As I mentioned this morning, we are moving to a new volunteer management system. To help us along this process we are asking all agencies to go ahead and register your agency in the new system. This will helps us as we move the projects over to the new system.

Please note, this registration will register your agency and the login you create for your agency is what you will use to submit projects in the future.

Attached is a how to sheet for registering your organization.

All I’m asking for you to do right now is register your agency. When you are done with your registration, it will prompt you to submit a project. PLEASE DO NOT LIST ANY NEW PROJECTS AT THIS TIME. We are still finalizing some questions and information needed for this aspect of the software.

However, the new system will also allow you to post wish list needs and board and committee openings within your organization. If you feel comfortable exploring the new system on your own, please feel free to add items in these two categories.

Once you have completed the registration for your agency, we ask that you create an account for you as an individual. This will help us test some features of the system as we get closer to a launch date.
