I've removed the Backlog.ods from the Forum files. The backlog items
are now tracked on the Issues tab on the halogen homepage.

By the way, I was just looking at the group, and it's not untuitive where to
find the project. Maybe you could modify the home page
http://groups.google.com/group/Halogen-Development to point to
http://code.google.com/p/halogen/ and
http://code.google.com/p/halogen/issues/list. Or something.

Done... added link to the welcome message on the home page that points
to both the Halogen project main page and a link that takes you
directly to the issues.
