couldn't see the "Connect" button

Hi ,
I could run halogen as a Eclipse projects with Mondrian foodmart
sample but I notice following issues.

(1) I couldn't see the "Connect" button in the connection tab . ( but
there is no any error logged for this ), how can I resolve this ...?

(2) do you have any plan to distribute halogen as a .war file so
that we can deploy on any container...? Or is there any way to build
a war file based on existing codes .

There is no connect button. I do need to provide better feedback as
to when your are connected. What currently happens is that after you
finish typing a connection string the client tries to connect
immediately. The only way you know you are connected is that you can
advance to the other tabs. This isn't designed to be the final GUI
for connections... Doing it this way was just a quick and easy way to
get a connection established for testing.

As for issue (2) right now I don't have any packaging set up for
Halogen. I should have that done in the next week or two. Currently
the only way to get it is to get it from the repository via svn.
